All rooms and living areas, apart from 1 bedroom, are on the ground floor.
The ground floor is on a single level with no steps, with wood flooring throughout. The bathroom has a separate power shower with a small step up into the cubicle.

- One bedroom is on the 1st floor, accessed by stairs (4 steps then 8 steps with a right-angle turn) with a handrail on the right-hand side.
